Is the discovery call just a sales pitch?

No. It’s a two-way fit check. We’re selective so we can deliver results. If it isn’t right, we’ll point you to a better option.

I’m busy—how long are sessions?

Most clients train 2–3×/week for 45–60 minutes. We’ll design around your calendar and equipment.

Can you help if I’m in pain?

Yes—when appropriate. We start with an assessment and collaborate with healthcare when needed.

Will lifting make me tight?

Done right, strength increases usable mobility and reduces injury risk.

What happens if we’re a fit?

We’ll invite you into a 6-week plan to solve your #1 limiter, then map ongoing coaching if you want to continue.

What if I need more time?

No pressure—you’re free to decide. We’d rather you be sure than rush into something that isn’t right.
